Our regular community class is on tuesdays from 9: 40 to 11 am. Cost $5.
Fitmom yoga class: Mondays 2 to 3: 15pm. A yoga class for mom to rebuild pelvic and abdominal strength. Babies from 6 weeks welcome. COST $63 for 6 weeks. Ongoing-start anytime.
Specials: New Students special: $168 for 3 months unlimited yoga for new students to the studio or $40 for your first month, residents of Edmonton only. A great way to discover Ashtanga yoga.
