Birthing Workshop for Couples : Sun Aug 15 2010, 1 - 4 pm. Cost $25 per person/$45 per couple. Please phone 780 660 0713 to book. Topics covered include natural birth, active labour, homeopathy, acupuncture, and yoga positions for labour.Join Melissa Wasserfall, yoga teacher and mom, and Cecil Horwitz, acupuncturist for this highly informative workshop.
Our regular community class is on tuesdays from 9: 40 to 11 am. Cost $5.
Fitmom yoga class: Starts Thurs Sept 16 2: 15 to 3:30pm. A yoga class for mom to rebuild pelvic and abdominal strength. Learn fun songs, stretches and helpful aids for colic and digestion for babies! Babies from 6 weeks welcome. COST $63 for 6 weeks.
